    Besto Pesto Farmer's Market Bruschetta

2 french baguettes
1 1/2 lbs fresh mozzarella cheese
several fresh tomatoes
Besto Pesto
4 garlic cloves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice baguettes about 1 inch thick. Line slices up on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 3 minutes. Rub the garlic on the toasted side of the bread and then lay a slice of mozzarella on each piece. Place back in the oven for 45-60 seconds till melted. Remove from the oven and add a teaspoon or two of Besto Pesto on each slice. Top with a thin slice of fresh tomato.
